I have been to several doctors for my headaches I have had them since I was 19 now 55 and so painful now I cant stand it, I get blurred vision electric shocks in my body joint pain, and can never get a answer on my MRI reports, they are not the typical migraine I dont have flashes of light and never sick to my stomach, my last report was about a week ago and this is the summary several small patchy areas of T2 hyperintensity involving the subcortical white matter tracts and at least one lesion within the deep left perventricular white matter are noted . There is no associated restricted diffusion, hemorrage or mass effect. The findings are nonspecific but may be related to areas of microvascular ischemic disease, gliosis or less likely demyelination. 2, no acute cerebral findings, there is no evidence of cerebral infarction. No areas of restricted diffusion seen. No extra-axial mass lesions are identified. Then in the upper section of the report it states artifact over the orbits probably related to makeup, I had no makeup on. I also have severe scalp pain spots where I can barely touch my head miving my hair is painful burning sensation.

My son has had chronic migraines for 30 plus years, the last 15 years have been terrible. The pain is so severe and steady , he cannot work, recreate, or do any normal thing a 39 year old would do. We have been to Mayo clinic 4 times to no avail, and multitudes of doctors. Are there no answers or is everyone guessing? The drugs he has used in his life are dangerous in themselves, and probably cause their own pain. Who do we go to next. We heard of a Dr. in Washington DC who loosens up nerve centers in the forehead and the back of the neck, have you ever heard of such a person? We have watched this man undergo torturous pain 360 days of each year and our hands are tied. Any answers? Thanks for reading this. Dick Flager

With no family link and no triggers why do I have migraine.
And why do they only ever come whilst I sleep at night. Pretty much every night now.
If I could find out what occurs. I’d have almost no migraines and perhaps some life. I’m housebound now.
Thank you
